What are group features?
Group features let families or teams manage stock together:
- Share inventory with multiple users
- Record who added or consumed items
- Check overall group stock status
- Share shopping lists Sharing one group is available on the free plan. Plus / Pro / Business increase the number of groups that can use paid features and the member limit, depending on the plan.
How do I create a group?
Select "Group settings" from the menu, tap "Create a new group", enter a group name, and share the generated invite code with family or teammates. One user can join multiple groups.
Where can I find my group's invitation QR code?
Tap the group name at the top of the screen and open "Manage groups." In the invitation code section, tap "Show invitation QR code" to display the QR code for the current group. On iOS, open "Group settings," then choose "Share invitation link or QR code" in the Invitation section. If you cannot find the QR code, update Nokoris to the latest version.
Can I change or delete a group image?
You can change the image from Group settings. You can also remove a saved image after confirming deletion. Deleting it removes the original and display-sized images and cannot be undone.
What is the difference between an owner, admin, and member?
A group has three roles: owner, admin, and member. Everyone can work with shared stock and shopping lists.
- Owner: The group creator. The owner manages members and admins, transfers ownership, purchases a paid plan, and applies paid access to groups
- Admin: Can invite or remove members and change group settings
- Member: Can add, edit, and view shared data Each group has one owner. Before leaving, the owner must transfer ownership to an admin.
How do I send a shopping request to a store assignee?
In the shopping list on iOS or Android, select a store and tap the same store again to choose an assignee. When the store has both an assignee and planned purchases, use the bell button next to the store name to send a shopping request. To receive the request, the assignee must still belong to the group and have notifications enabled for Nokoris and in the device settings.
How are other members notified when I mark multiple items as purchased?
When you mark multiple shopping-list items as purchased together, every other group member receives one notification showing the first item and the number of remaining items. The group timeline still keeps the activity for each item.
Where can I open the group timeline?
Open it from the Timeline tab at the bottom of the iOS or Android app. The timeline lets you review stock and shopping activity for the group and message other members.
How do I react to a message?
Press and hold a message in the timeline, then choose a reaction from the options shown. Existing reactions appear in a compact row directly below the message.
Who can delete messages from the group timeline?
Free-form messages sent to the group timeline can be deleted by the sender or by the group's owner or admins. Deleted free-form messages are removed from the app's stored data immediately and cannot be restored. Review anything you need before deleting it.
How can I view older activity in the group timeline?
Scroll to the top of the timeline to load older activity automatically. If all available history is already displayed, no additional items are loaded. The Free plan displays the last 90 days. Paid plans display all saved history. After a paid plan ends, timeline items older than 90 days become unavailable, but history is not deleted because of a plan change or the passage of 90 days. If you resubscribe, all saved history that has not been explicitly deleted becomes available again. Message deletion by an author, owner, or admin, and deletion of a group or account, are handled separately from this retention policy.
How can I view previous monthly reports?
Open Monthly Report from the menu or another report shortcut, then choose a saved month from the "Report Month" menu. Plus, Pro, and Business plans can view all saved months and compare each month with the previous one. Switching months does not fetch and aggregate activity history again. The current month is calculated from the latest activity when you open the screen. Previous months use values aggregated and saved at the start of the following month. Newly saved reports show the stockpile at month end. Reports saved by the earlier method remain labeled as the stockpile when the report was created. Months before collection began are not estimated or backfilled. If no report has been saved yet, the app shows the first month scheduled to be saved. Previous months become unavailable after a paid plan ends, but reports are not deleted solely because the plan changed. If you resubscribe, saved months that were not removed through group deletion or another deletion process become available again.
How do I leave a group?
Select "Group settings", choose the group you want to leave, tap "Leave group", and confirm. The owner must transfer ownership to an admin before leaving. Admins and members can leave without transferring their role.
I cannot join with an invite link, QR code, or invite code
Sign in with the account that was invited, update Nokoris, and open the invite link or QR code again. When entering a code, enter all 8 letters and numbers without spaces. Regenerating a code disables the old one. Ask the owner or an admin to share a new invitation from group settings. If you already joined, switch the currently selected group to see it. You cannot join if the group has reached its plan's member limit.
I subscribed, but paid features are unavailable in another group
Paid features are not automatically enabled for every group in your account. A group's owner subscribes and applies a paid group slot to the group where the features will be used. If you participate as an admin or member, ask that group's owner. Plus, Pro, and Business include different numbers of paid group slots.
