What can I search for in stock search?
The Search tab can find stock by its name, original product name, category, storage location, memo, or JAN code. Each result also shows its expiration date. Results are sorted by relevance by default, and you can switch to sorting by the soonest or latest expiration date. Expiration sorting is applied on your device to the first 1,000 matches. If Nokoris can't connect, it automatically searches information already loaded on your device. On Android, when a scanned JAN code does not match existing stock, Nokoris searches the product catalog so you can create a new stock item using the product name and image it finds.
How many images can I save for one stock item?
The Free plan allows one image per item. Plus / Pro / Business allow up to five images per item. None of the plans show ads or limit the number of images you can add each month. You can still view saved images after a paid plan ends. For items that exceed the Free plan limit, only adding more images is disabled; you can still delete or replace images.
When are expiration alerts sent?
In Notification settings, choose how many days before the date alerts should begin and the time they should be sent. Alerts are sent once a day while the expiration date is approaching. The default is daily starting 3 days before expiration. To receive alerts, turn on expiration alerts in Nokoris and also allow Nokoris notifications in iOS or Android system settings.
How do I record consumed items?
Open the item from your list, tap "Consume", enter the consumed quantity, and tap "Record". You can review and edit consumption history later.
How do I organize items by category?
Select a category when registering an item. Existing items can be changed from the item detail screen. Add new categories directly while adding or editing stock, or from the category management screen. Food, everyday essentials, and emergency supplies are provided by default. You can create up to 5 categories on the free plan, 10 on Plus / Pro, and 50 on Business. Immediately after deleting a category, select "Undo" to restore it. Adding a category with the same name as a deleted category also restores the previous category.
How do I set stock alerts?
Set the "Restock threshold" on the add or edit item screen. An alert appears when stock is at or below that number. Set it to 0 to alert only when the item is out of stock. When using group features, alerts can be based on the group's shared stock.
Can I add the same item with a different expiry date?
Tap "Duplicate" on the stock details screen to add a new stock item carrying over the product name, quantity, category, storage location, notes, and other details. Use this when you have bought more of the same item and only need to change its expiry date. The original stock item is not changed. Product images added from your device are copied to the duplicate in the same order. The copied images are stored independently, so changing or deleting an image from the original item does not affect the duplicate. If the images exceed your current plan limit, remove images in the duplicate editor until the item is within the limit before saving.
What does “Portable stove and gas canisters” mean in the preparedness check?
This category refers to a portable cassette-gas stove and its gas canisters, used to heat food or water during a disaster. It does not refer to food itself or to food that requires heating.
Can I show my shopping list on the Home Screen?
You can add the shopping-list widget to the iOS or Android Home Screen. When first added, it shows items you still need to buy from the currently selected group across all stores. Touch and hold the widget to edit it, then choose a group and either All stores, No store, or a saved store. If a group is not listed, switch to it once in the app and let it sync before configuring the widget again. On Android devices that don't support editing by touch and hold, use the settings button in the widget. Tapping the widget opens the app with the same shopping-list filter. On Android, tap a check mark in the widget to switch an item between unpurchased and purchased. On iOS, check off items and complete purchases in the app. The widget refreshes after the app syncs its data, so changes may take a short time to appear.
Can I undo an item marked as purchased by mistake?
In the shopping list on iOS or Android, open purchase history and select "Undo purchase" for the item. It returns to planned purchases, and the quantity added to stock when the purchase was completed is reversed at the same time.
