How do I change the app's display language?

In Settings, under Personal Settings, tap "App Language" to open your device's app settings. Choose the language you want to use, then reopen Nokoris. Nokoris currently supports English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.

I signed in, but cannot find my previous data

Check that you selected the same sign-in method and the same Google account or Apple Account you used before. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, still choose "Continue with Apple" and the same Apple Account. After signing in, also check the currently selected group shown near the top of the screen. Data is displayed per group, so selecting another group can make previous stock appear missing. Nokoris does not issue its own password. If you cannot sign in with Google or Apple, use that provider's account settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open settings, select "Account management", tap "Delete account", review the notes, complete verification with a linked sign-in method, and confirm deletion. Note: Deleted data cannot be restored. Export any data you need before deleting your account. You cannot delete your account while a Web subscription is active. Open subscription management from the on-screen guidance, cancel the subscription, and try deleting your account again once any billing processing is complete. The person responsible for an organisation subscription must first transfer responsibility to someone else. If you are unsure how to transfer it, contact Support using the details shown in the guidance. If you use the same account on multiple devices, deleting the account on one device automatically signs out the other devices once they detect the deletion.

What happens to images if I do not use Nokoris for two years?

If Nokoris cannot confirm use of your account for 730 consecutive days and you have no active paid subscription or entitlement, we may delete your personal profile image and personal stock images stored in the legacy format. For a shared group, we may delete its group image and shared stock images only when none of its current members has used Nokoris for 730 days and neither the group nor its owner has active paid access. If any member resumes using Nokoris, the group's scheduled image deletion is canceled. If deletion is planned, we will publish the same notice in the app and on the Web at least 90 days before the scheduled date. We will also send a push notification when available. Resuming use before the scheduled date cancels the planned deletion. Deleted images cannot be restored. Accounts, groups, stock names, quantities, dates, and other non-image data remain available. If you return after deletion, the app will explain which images were deleted and that your non-image data remains available.

How do I change notification settings?

Open "Notification settings" from settings and turn each item on or off, including expiration alerts, low stock alerts, group notifications, and notices from Nokoris. If app notifications are disabled in iOS or Android system settings, please check those settings too. You can also set the notification time window.

How do I clear the image cache?

Open "Image cache" from settings to check how much storage downloaded images use and clear them. Images are downloaded again automatically when needed. This does not delete stock drafts, unsent timeline images, or stock and profile images stored in the cloud. Nokoris normally removes old cached images automatically.

Data is not displayed on another device

Check that both devices use the same Google or Apple account and have the same group selected. If search or filters are active, clear them and check again. Check the connection and app updates, then fully close and reopen Nokoris. Changes made offline may take time to appear after the next connection. If the issue remains, do not register the data again or delete the app. Contact Support from within Nokoris.
